2nd Grade Primary and Secondary Fish

2nd Graders learned about the color wheel and how to mix the primary colors to make the secondary colors.  They used their imaginations to draw fantastic fish designs using the elements of art line and shape. They painted 3 fish with primary colors and had to mix the primary colors to make the secondary colors for the other 3 fish.  Some students even had time to paint a background with the tertiary color, blue-green!  Mr. Paintbrush was proud of how they took care of his paintbrush friends while painting!
