Wood Burning HS

Students practiced various wood burning techniques using different tips on a practice piece of wood. They then designed what they wanted to do for their wood burning on the computer or drew it by hand and used graphite paper to transfer the design to the wood. Students brought wood from home or chose a piece available here at school for their wood burning project. After burning their design into the wood they finished the artwork with stain and polyurethane to seal it.
