FDK Stabiles

After learning the basics of 3D design, students began by painting a base and providing texture to the paint with a Q-tip. Next students created a 3D sculpture by using different colors and different sizes of strips that they glued down going different directions onto their base. Students had to creatively problem solve to build a construction that could stand on its own and look great from all directions which is called "in the round" by artists.
