5th Gr. Coil Ceramics

Students made coils out of clay to create either a heart, circle, or square ceramic tile. They added texture to their designs. The clay was then fired in a kiln at another district elementary school. Students added color with oil pastels and diluted ink. The pieces were finished off with a high gloss spray.
