Texture Animals

Kindergartenders read the book Dragons Love Tacos, and then students drew a dragon (or other animal if they wanted to). Then they learned about implied texture to make all sorts of silly textures on their animals (fuzzy pigs, spiky dogs, etc.). The next day they learned about real texture, which they created by giving their animals a plate of food.
