1st Grade Fall Art Showcase

First grade looked at the shape of different pumpkins and drew the shape they wanted their pumpkin to be and then added the lines to create the sections you see on a pumpkin. They blended oil pastels to make different shades of orange to show how light is hitting their pumpkin. They used different shades of green to create texture and value in their grass. They enjoyed blending colors together with their oil pastels.
