This Art Showcase is all about COLOR! Students learned all about the primary colors (red, yellow, & blue) and experimented with mixing them to create new colors.
Red+Blue=Purple
Yellow+Blue=Green
Red+Yellow= Orange
During this time, we also learned about the famous artist, Henri Matisse, and used a few of his paintings as inspiration since he is known for mixing colors while painting!
