Angelique Troy (formerly Sow)
Angelique B. Troy (a.k.a Angelique B. Sow) was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She studied art while pursuing her undergraduate studies at Kent State University, when at that time it was declared as her minor, with a concentration in Crafts /Fibers. After completing graduate school and receiving her Master of Education degree in Community Counseling, she held positions in the areas of mental health and social services.
