Blind Contour Drawings

Students practiced a drawing technique called "blind contour continuous line drawing." During this technique an artist observes a subject and draws at the same time. The catch? They cannot lift up their pencil from the page and they cannot look at their paper while drawing. This technique trains your brain and drawing hand to work together leading to more realistic drawings.
