2nd Grade Art Show

This semester, the second graders learned about artists, Vincent Van Gogh and recreated his famous Impressionist Sunflowers. They also created personal hand print paintings, using the watercolor resist technique. Their final piece was a self portrait of themselves catching snowflakes. They learned about perspective and different viewpoints! They did such an amazing job! [All matting was done by the students too! We worked on centering and glue control.]
