Community Art Projet #2 (2nd semester)

The works shown are the student's interpretation of their community and what is important to them. Through this unit, they visited our local history museum and learned how to develop their ideas into solid pieces of art that can teach others about some of the important aspects of our community. During this unit, students were able to choose their art medium as well as the direction that they wanted to take their art.  As a final learning opportunity, students presented their artwork to classmates and community members.
