Graphic Design - Complete Character Design

Graphic Design students used their drawing tool knowledge in Illustrator to bring their original character sketch ideas to life. Students started with a 2D build, using the shape tool, shape builder and the pen tool. Students then added a 3D look by applying inflating and lighting in Illustrator. The personality of the character was refined from the initial plans to the final 3D design. Here you see the character in its scene from Character Animator.
