Spring 2020 K-8 Art at Home

The following  Art Show is the culmination of both lessons and independent work created by the k-8th grade during this time of social distancing.   
From March-May students recieved weekly art projects posted for k-6th grade and 7/8th grade through google class.  These projects included the following, Land Art, Plein Aire tree drawing, spring rabbit drawing, Getty challenge- Recreating a work of Art, Assemblage Art, color theory- colors of the rainbow, symmetry-Mandalas  and drawing Van Gogh's sunflowers. Students also posted independent artwork into sketch book club in Artsonia.  Grades 7/8th worked on  self directed creative projects that were posted weekly.
