LEGO FIGURE MURAL DESIGN COLLABORATIVE

This collection features detailed artworks of each student represented as part of whole. The concept started with a presentation on the history of murals and how they are designed to reflect the interests of the community. To begin the process each artist reflected on how they could best represent the identity and culture of their lego figure within a school community. As a way to unify the individual pieces each figure was placed within an arched niche surrounded by a textured simulation of stucco from Hispanic architecture, with tiles for artists to add their names.
