5th grade Kandinsky abstracts (Glickstein)

5th grade learned about artist Wassily Kandinsky. He is considered the father of abstract art. After reviewing different types of lines, the students began their own Kandinsky inspired abstracts. They used a variety of mediums to create their artwork. They learned how to use liquid watercolor, chalk pastel, and paint stick to create these beautiful mulit-media abstracts.
