These Kandinsky inspired line designs are a great way to review line with the addition of learning symmetry. After drawing their abstract line designs on one half of the paper in pencil, the children traced over it with black glue. Then they folded them in half and lightly pressed the paper so the glue would make an identical imprint on the opposite side. They finished up by using liquid watercolor to add rich vibrant color.
