Statue of Liberty

Students are using a wax/watercolor resist with this project.  They have watched a live version of The Statue of Liberty and using their own ideas to create their work of art. This work is to showcase their drawing abilities, represent a famous monument and showcased during Flag Day celebrations.  Please help me encourage our young artists to continue to create beautiful works of art in the future.  Congrats to all our 3rd grade students, you will be missed and this poster will be given to each student after showcasing in the hallway.  All posters were created through the online program Artsonia and were given to us for free for using the program.
