Students learned about the artist Henri Rousseau and his fantasy like jungle scenes. Students created their own junglescapes by drawing from live plants that were in class and using their imagination. Rousseau went to the greenhouses and drew plants to create his jungle scenes and looked at children's books to draw animals too. Students were supposed to put somethign surreal (fantasy or dreamlike) in their jungle scene. Can you find what they included in their work?
