After a bit of history about the Dia De Los Muertos, the students used a folded paper as the basis to achieve SYMMETRY, the students draw on one half only to form the SKULL SHAPE. Next with a marker outline of their choice color, they outline and begin to build their design being sure to add the same shape or line to both sides at the same time. They can fold their paper and see through to the design if they need to. Then they filled in their paper Skulls with beautiful colors of their choice, being sure to add to BOTH SIDES to maintain their SYMMETRY.
