Flower Power (Fish or Buttlerfly)

Students created designs using flowers, fish, or butterflys. Criteria included use of overlap, design had to touch all four edges and repeat pattern was to be inside the positive space areas, next they painted with either warm or a cool color scheme in the negitive spaces. Students mixed colors (use of only turquoise, magenta, and yellow). Great challenge and great results!!!
