About this School Project (1st Birds Eye View Snowman)
In this fun snowman project, students learn about what a birds eye view is: looking at something from above and looking down. Using the geometric shape of a circle, students create a large, medium, and small white circle using tracers found from everyday objects at home. Next, students add dark blue and light blue in crayon around the edge of their circles to create a shadow. Students then glue their large circle first, then medium circle on top, then the small circle. Students choose to add different features to their snowman like arms, a scarf, nose, eyes, and mouth. Students then added snowflakes to their backgrounds if they chose to do so. What do you think would be your favorite thing to look down upon from above if you were a bird flying in the sky?
