This is profound! The way you have incorporated shapes thematically, with repetition that’s not “in your face,” but instead clever, subtle and nearly overlooked, yet magically felt by the viewer. And then the juxtaposition of soft watercolor against harsh ripped solid opaque paper, which itself lies in irregular shapes over the repetitive shapes. Contradiction seems to be woven beautifully throughout this piece. Art like this makes me want to know what the artist was thinking and feeling as they created it. Fascinating. When I saw this in person I was so blown away by how cool it is that clay can be formed into shapes and letters and then turned into something special that I will cherish forever. Now that I see it photographed, I notice the green on green painting in the background where the "E," sits and I'm blown away again at the layers of thought put into Enzo's artwork.

I love the way the vibrant color blending in the center of the paper meets at the expressive area of the face in the drawing. It makes me feel like there is an explosion of happiness on the paper. I can really see these feelings!

The title of this piece is THE perfect icing on the cake. The intricacy of each piece having its own design is eye-catching and draws me in for more. While every component of "The Monstrous Creature," is unique, they all are connected with characteristic Enzo style and flare. Bravo!
