I am an artist, art teacher, and dad. I have created art for over 14 years on various mediums including paper, cardboard, canvas, wood panel, and the iPad.I love to read, write, and draw. When I am not teaching or taking care of my family, I love to draw, paint and read. My favorite subjects to explore are: mythology, ancient history, philosophy, psychology, and world religions. All of the ideas and concepts I encounter get funneled in some way into art and art lessons. I love many artists but my favorite are Bacon, Dali, Picasso, and Van Gogh as well as more obscure artists like James Ensor, H. R. Giger, and many others.
