Bita Farid-Mohebati I studied Communications Design at Pratt Institute and worked in New York City as a graphic designer at Millennium Broadway Hotel and Burson-Marsteller, a PR firm. After moving to China, I started to teach art and design first at a kindergarten, and then at a university - this was at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing and was on a joint program with Glasgow School of Art teaching first year undergraduate students. After moving to San Diego, I taught high school art and design to grades 9-11 at Thrive Charter School - I launched the Career Technical Education pathway in Arts, Media and Entertainment. I then moved on to teach Art at Meadowbrook Middle School in Poway before moving to Valley Center Middle School where I’m thoroughly enjoying teaching Art and Design classes. Send compliment
