My name is Joni Rinker-Dozier and I have been Teaching art at Ousley Junior High for 23 years. My goal as an Art Educator is to get my students interested in ART- making art, looking at art and appreciating ART!!

Mary Baum
This is my fifth year as an Art Teacher and my third year at Ousley. Prior to becoming an art teacher, I studied architecture at the University of Illinois and worked as an Architect. I started in art education as a volunteer in 2005 at a school that had no art teachers. Since then, I earned a Master’s Degree in the Art of Teaching from Texas Woman’s University. Teaching art is my passion!
