Gail Begle
After graduating from Pratt Institute with a BFA, I became a professional singer (appearing in Broadway, Off-Broadway, and touring shows). After meeting my husband, I got off the road and started working backstage doing hair and make-up for over 25 Broadway shows (and a short stint on Saturday Night Live). We moved up to Orange County NY to start a family so I decided to go back to school and got my Masters degree in Elementary Education. I am certified in both Art and Pre K-6th grade. Before teaching art (which I currently have been doing for almost 4 years), I taught Elementary Music for 2 years, and did several leave-replacements in both 5th and 3rd grade.
