Jim Croad
At the tender age of five, after receiving several compliments for his depiction of the Easter Bunny, Jim Croad, realized that creating art was a pretty easy way to earn praise. Later, when he began to suspect that it might also be a great way to meet girls, he began his artistic education in earnest. Since then, he has heard rumors that you can also make money at it. With his BA in three-dimensional design (read: sculpture) from Eastern New Mexic ... read moreo University and Master's degree in art education from Louisiana Tech University, he has been able to use the last eight years of spare time to share his knowledge of the processes of art creation to the students of Minden High school. Needless to say, his students dote on his every word.
His beautiful wife, Caroline, also works as a teacher at Minden High, mainly so that she can always be close to him. Together, they have four amazing children, whom they love very much despite the fact that only one has, so far, declared her desire to follow in her father's artistic footsteps.
