I am SO excited to add Artsonia to my classroom! The ability for my students sharing their artwork with friends and family all over the world is amazing! Students are photographing their own artwork and publishing it on Artsonia. I believe that this has improved the quality of their work.
Parents please register your child, join their fan club, invite everyone you know to join your child's fan club, and leave praise about your child's amazing artwork. This is my 31st year teaching Art at Grimmer and I am as enthused about introducing new forms of Art to my students as my first year!
Here's a little of what we do:
5th Grade Art is based on the Elements of Art.
6th Grade Art is based on color theory, drawing and clay.
7th Grade Art is based on Art History, painting and clay.
8th Grade Art is based on 3-dimensional Art.
Creativity is emphasized in all grades.
