Katy Gray
Mrs. Katy Gray has been teaching art in public education for 18 years, and is in her fifth year at Metro North Elementary. Mrs. Gray earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art and Art Education from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is a stained glass artist as well as a teacher, and was a recent recipient of the Lilly Teacher Creativity Fellowship Grant. Mrs. Gray has taught art at kindergarten through high school levels, but greatly prefers lower elementary. The students at Metro North warm her heart each day as they share their enthusiasm and passion for art and creating.
