Creativity is a lifeskill that is nurtured at Leighton Art, where students get to:
1) experiment with a rich variety of media 2) problem-solve via design thinking 3) learn about artists/styles/techniques. I have a BFA from the Cleveland Institute of Art, and was a professional commercial artist for 14 years before getting my first Masters degree from Ursuline College. In addition, I earned a Masters in Learning Technolgies in 2018 from The Ohio State University. I am a Master Teacher and have a Lead Teacher License. I am always making my own artwork in my home studio. Married to a fellow artist, with 2 children. My "photo" is actually a painting of a barn near my house. |
