Sharing my passion with my elementary art students is what excites me most about my career. I studied Art (Sculpture) at the University of Arizona, then moved to Chicago. I ran my own business in Chicago, Alexis Drake Jewelry. I realized, after teaching interns from The School of the Art Insititue of Chicago how to develop their own product in the fashion industry, that I had much more to share about my passion for the arts. I received my teaching certificate and Masters of Education in curriculum and instruction from Montata State University in Bozeman and we moved home to Wyoming.
