Meg Munneke
Hello!
I am beyond thrilled to begin my education career at HLP schools! Being a new teacher, I thought I would add a page for you to get to know a little bit more about me. I grew up in Canton, SD with my mom, dad, brother and sister. In September of 2010, I married the guy of my dreams, Kyle Munneke. Together we have a son, Carter, who was born April 1, 2012. I graduated from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD with my Bachelors in both Art and Art Education. With my degree I plan to teach, but also own a photography studio out of my home. I have been doing that for almost 4 years now. I love it, but am so excited to get from behind the camera to the front of a classroom to inspire others to chase their dreams. I'm excited to share my passion of art with the students of HLP, as well as the staff and community.
