 Frances Fabila
Hello! My name is Frances Fabila and I am the Elementary Art Teacher here at H.R McCall Elementary School.
I went to Northern Illinois University and got my Bachelors in Art and Design Education. I also received my Masters in TESOL through Grand Canyon University.

When I am not teaching, I love to take photos, crochet, and create everything from miniatures to paintings.
