Melanie Albertson
Hello there! I am your students art teacher, Melanie Albertson. I split my time with half a day at Big Walnut Middle School and half a day at Harrison Street Elementary. I studied digital art in college at Bowling Green State University before I switched my major to Art Education. This is my first year in the Big Walnut District and I love being here! I spent the last two years teaching K-6 art at Cincinnati Public Schools. In my free time I enjoy painting and illustrating my own work, playing video games, and spending time with my pets!
