Hello, my name is Carmela Merriman. I am the Art Specialist at Floro Torrence Elementary, IPS #83. I have been teaching Visual Arts in the Indianapolis Public Schools for more than 20 years. I currently hold a teaching lisence in Visual Arts K-12 as well as a Masters degree in Special Education.
