I have been at Evergreen Elementary School since 2016. As an art teacher, my students will learn respect and be given the tools they need to problem solve. They will benefit from hands on experiments, self-discovery methods, visual and written instructions, and one-on-one guidance. Art is a way people can visually express themselves, take risks, learn about their own views about culture, and build upon creative and problem solving skills. Students will be taught and empowered with the ability to visually represent their thoughts about the world.
