I feel so lucky to be able to work with your students in developing their creativity. I have been teaching visual art in the elementary school setting since 2008 and I absolutely love my job! It is amazing to me how intuitive creativity is for young children and I hope to encourage that as they grow. I love that I have 7 years with them so that I can build each year on skills such as: observing, patience, persistence, determination, organization, working together, quality work and so much more. When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my husband and little girl as well as cooking, modern quilting, watercolor painting, and hiking.
