Heather Carr
This is my 7th year as an elementary art teacher. My art background comes from drawing and painting classes taken at Texarkana College, and design and art history classes taken at the University of North Texas. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Texas A&M University - Texarkana in 2008. I began my Masters in Art Education in 2014. I became an early and middle childhood National Board Certified Art Teacher in 2012.
