Pia Barlotta
Miss Barlotta graduated Flagler College with a Bachelor of Fine Art in Fine Art, Minor in Illustration, and Concentration in Education & Honors Studies. She is currently the Art Teacher for Osceola Elementary while also pursuing her artistry independently.
