Art is a way of expressing feelings, ideas, and thoughts! I encourage my students from Kindergarten that connecting through your art always helps you to create freely. As a child I always experimented in in the Arts (dance, theatre and lastly visual). I received my BA in Arts Education in 2014 from Armstrong University in Savannah, GA. It was during my sophomore year where I became passionate at specifically teaching Art in a Charter school. I have enjoyed teaching here at Coastal since 2018 and I am inspired daily from my students just showing up with an excitement to create!
