Carla Nations
I started my teaching career late in life after spending many years in the
corporate world. I received my Bachelor's degree from Belhaven College and my Masters of Arts in Teaching from Belhaven College, and have been teaching at Florence High School, Florence, Mississippi Fall 2002. I teach Art 1 through Art 4, Visual Studio I & II, and AP Studio Art. We have a small school, but by being small we are able to offer more of a family atmosphere. Students are known by there name and not by a number. I love teaching art and my students think it's great that their work is on the internet for others to see and enjoy. |

I have been teaching art for 14 years and the last 3 at Florence Middle and High School. I love teaching and art and enjoy seeing my students learn. We incorporate other core subjects into our art lessons helping the students glean from past, present, future learning experiences.
