Marisa Khachaturian
Marisa Khachaturian is a practicing artist in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Through artistic representation and visual journaling, Marisa explores ways to portray the female form as an organic being—capable of perpetual evolution. Her work celebrates the female body’s ability to grow, change, birth, sustain new life, as well as adapt, physically and psychologically to her world.
Mrs. Khachaturian was a teaching artist at the Montclair Art Museum in Montclair, New Jersey and has been teaching in the New Jersey public school system for two years. She is a graduate of NYU’s Art Education masters program and holds a Standard Certificate for teaching art in the state of New Jersey. |
