Florencia Imperial My name is Miss. Flo and I am so happy to be SPMA’s art teacher! I want to extend to you and your child my warmest welcome into my classroom. Your child can look forward to an art room filled with creativity and a school year full of fun and learning. One of my goals is to make art a positive experience for every student regardless of their artistic abilities. Students can look forward to feeling safe, respected, and cared about when in the art room. Throughout the year children will be introduced to a variety of art materials, styles, histories and cultures. We will explore different age-appropriate methods of becoming artists. As a Montessori art classroom, children will be provided with open-ended art activities and lessons that will help children explore and use their creativity to their fullest potential.
