Lisa Lathrop
Since I was about 5 years old, I knew I wanted to be an artist. I started my art career as a Graphic Designer in 1987 after graduating with a BFA from the University of Connecticut. My husband's Air Force career took us from Connecticut to Nebraska to Germany where my interest turned to teaching. I graduated from Minot State University in 2003 with my Art Education degree. In addition to teaching art at St. Leo's, I also teach art to students all over Minot and in rural areas through the Arts in the Schools educational program of Minot Area Council of the Arts. When school's not in session, I teach summer classes at the Taube Museum of Art in Minot. My motto is "Every day is Art Day!"
