Terry Rios
Mrs. Rios has been teaching at Rasco since it opened in 1995. She has been with this school district since 1982, having taught many years at Bess Brannen Elementary. Prior to that she taught in many different locations, iincluding Germany, because her husband was in the US Army. Art is her favorite subject because students get to use their hands, minds, and hearts. She considers her "gift" as helping hands, helping children to discover the world that is around them and in them if they take the time to notice, to see the world in a different way, with the eye of an artist.
