Tina Kryduba
I am a mother, a wife, and a teacher. I live an adult life making my own decisions. I live through the experiences of my two toddler boys. Every school day I am privileged to be able to hang out with eleven and twelve year-olds, and my high school students always keep me in the know-how of what is “hip”, “cool”, and “in”. There are not a lot people who get the o ... read morepportunity to follow their childhood dreams. I did. My name is Tina Kryduba, known by my students as Duba, Krydubala, Dube-Tube, and most recently, Scuba-Duba. Since 2004 I have been an art teacher in the Elk River Area School District, I.S.D. #728. Originally hired to teach high school art at Zimmerman High School, I have also taught in three other district schools, always with Zimmerman High School being my home. Since 2009 I have been full time at Zimmerman, teaching high school art classes and 6th grade art. I am also the High School Art Club Advisor and Zimmerman High School's Visual Arts Coordinator. I am currently working on my master's degree in Teaching and Learning from Saint Mary's University.
