William Wald
I have been a working artist and craftsman for the past 20 years. I was self-employed for many years as a furniture designer and cabinetmaker before teaching art full-time. I still create art as well as design and build functional pieces. I find teaching very rewarding in so many ways. I never tire of witnessing young creative minds problem-solve and develop an enthusiasm for making connections between art and other subjects.
