Biography

My Name is Heidi Miller and I am the art teacher at Churchill Elementary. I am a 2007 graduate of Northern Illinois University with a bachelors degree in Art Education. I am also a 2017 graduate of Concordia University with a masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Creating art and sharing my knowledge about everything art related is my passion. Along with teaching art, I also enjoy creating new art pieces and becoming involved with many different art projects and events. I love being able to create art using many different art mediums together and experimenting to see how they can create something unique and personal. I believe that art should be a learning experience and a way to create something that is unique to each person, no matter the age or experience level.
