Biography

Hello and Welcome to Birch Grove's online art gallery! I am so excited to share with you the artwork that our amazing students have created with me in art class! Here are a few things for you to get to know me a little better!

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a degree in Art Education. Since graduating I have been teaching with St. Bernard's School in St. Paul, and volunteering with Free Arts Minnesota!

I grew up here in Brooklyn Park, and many years ago attended Birch Grove Elementary! Currently I live in Minneapolis with my two cats and tortoise!

I love creating art of all shapes and sizes, but mostly I love painting and ceramics! And my favorite color is yellow!
