Biography

I, Malissa Wright, graduated from Claflin College in 1988, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. I then graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia South Carolina with an Interdisciplinary Master of Arts degree. I have been teaching art since 1988. I currently teach at William J. Clark Middle School in Orangeburg, SC. I feel so blessed and grateful to be teaching at William J. Clark Middle School. Each day brings new confirmation that this is God's plan for me at this time. I have loved and pursued art since elementary school. When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy drawing and painting in my studio.
